
Cam
Taylor, President & CEO
Cam has 21 years of experience in oil and
gas exploration and production. He graduated from the University
of Regina with a BSc in Geophysics in 1988. Since graduating
he has worked in oil and gas exploration for Mobil, Murphy Oil,
Boyd Exploration, Morgan Hydrocarbons, Canadian 88 Energy, Keystone
Energy Inc., Keystone Energy Corp. and Villanova Energy Corp.
From 2002 to 2008, Cam was part of the exploration
team at Keystone Energy Inc., Keystone Energy Corp. and Villanova
Energy Corp. Prior to that time, Cam was a Manager with Canadian
88 Energy.
Cam’s technical experience includes southern
Alberta, southeast Saskatchewan and west central Saskatchewan.
Cam is a director of Pan Orient Energy,
a TSX traded junior oil company with operations in Thailand
and an exploration focus in Asia.

Craig Lothian, Executive Chairman
Mr. Lothian has in excess of sixteen years experience
in the oil and natural gas industry. He is currently President
and Chief Executive Officer of Keystone Royalty Corp. (a land
and royalty company).
Previously Mr. Lothian was also President and CEO of Villanova
Energy Corp. until it was acquired by Crescent Point Energy
Trust in January, 2009 ($130.1 Million).
Mr. Lothian was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Flatland
Exploration Ltd. until it was acquired by Bulldog Energy Inc.
in 2002 ($4.75 Million); Chief Executive Officer of Keystone
Energy Inc. prior to it being acquired by StarPoint Energy Ltd.
in 2004 ($22.9 Million); CEO of Keystone Energy Corp. prior
to it being acquired by Bulldog Resources Inc. and TriStar Oil
& Gas Ltd. in January 2007 ($34.0 Million). Craig was also
the Chairman of Bulldog Energy Inc. prior to its acquisition
by Crescent Point Energy Trust in 2005 ($118 Million) and was
also the Chairman of the Board of Bulldog Resources Inc., before
it was acquired by TriStar Oil & Gas Ltd. ($200 Million)
in January 2008.
Mr. Lothian obtained his Bachelor of Arts (1986) and LL.B. (1988)
from the University of Saskatchewan and rose to partnership
of a Regina law firm prior to entering the energy business.
Mr. Lothian is also a founder and director of Lex Capital Corp.,
Lex Realty Holdings Corp., Crave Kitchen + Wine Bar Inc., and
is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. In addition,
he is a Past President of The Assiniboia Club, and currently
is the Past Board Member and Chair of the Corporate Governance
Committee, of The Hospitals of Regina Foundation. Most recently,
Craig was appointed to the Board of Directors of Enterprise
Saskatchewan.
Eric
Urzada, CFO
Eric graduated in 2003 with a B.Comm from the Haskayne School
of Business at the University of Calgary.
Eric joined the Keystone Group in August 2005
as the Assistant CFO, and has now participated in the full cycle
of an oil gas exploration company from sale to start-up. His
experience has included working capital management, financial
reporting, production accounting, budgeting and the valuation/acquisition
of assets. In addition, he was instrumental in the pre-sale
and sale process, during the recent disposition of Keystone
Energy Corp. and in the capitalization of Villanova Energy Corp.
Eric was Chief Financial Officer of Villanova
Energy Corp. prior to its acquisition by Crescent Point Energy
Trust in January, 2009.

Derek
Simpson, Vice-President, Operations
Derek Simpson joined the Keystone Group of Companies
in April, 2003. Derek has served as the Manager of Operations
for Keystone Energy Inc., Keystone Energy Corp. and Villanova
Energy Corp. and was an integral part of their successful exploration
efforts in southeast Saskatchewan.
Derek worked for Simoil Resources for a number
of years prior to joining the Keystone Group and is also President
of Black Ridge Consulting & Oilfield Services Inc.

Bryant
Oliver, VP Exploration
Bryant Oliver has been working in the oil and
gas sector for the past 25 years. Prior to joining the Keystone
Group of Companies in July, 2008, he was the Exploration Geologist
for TAQA North (Abu Dhabi National National Oil Company). Prior
to that he had similar positions with other oil and gas exploration
companies which include Northrock Resources/UNOCAL/POGO, Merit
Energy, Belfast Petroleum and Gulf Canada Resources.
Bryant has his P. Geol. Degree from the
University of Regina (1984) and is a member of APEGGS and APEGGA.

Jared
Lukomski, VP Lands
Jared Lukomski currently holds the position of
VP Lands within the Keystone Group of companies. The Keystone
Group is privately held, with oil and gas exploration and development
operations in south east Saskatchewan.
Mr. Lukomski joined the Keystone Group in January 2008, and
was instrumental to the success of the acquisition of Strand
Resources Ltd. ($14+ million), the disposition of Villanova
Energy Corp. to Crescent Point Energy ($130+ Million) and in
the capitalization of Villanova Resources Inc.
Prior to joining the Keystone Group, Mr. Lukomski was employed
by Conexus Credit Union, (formerly Sherwood Credit Union) from
2000 to 2007. During his time with Conexus, he held various
positions of increasing responsibility throughout Saskatchewan,
while managing a book of business of $125 million in his role
as a Commercial Account Manager.
Mr. Lukomski has been a key shareholder in numerous commercial
real estate transactions throughout Saskatchewan and is President
and CEO of Lukomski Capital Corp. and Lukomski Investment Corp.

Conrad
Kathol, Senior Geologist
Mr. Kathol is a professional engineer and geologist with over
30 years of exploration and management experience in the oil
and gas industry. His primary area of expertise is in S.E. Saskatchewan,
however he has considerable exposure to oil and gas operations
throughout North America and internationally. He has a strong
background in all aspects of the industry including modern exploration
technology, reservoir engineering and economic evaluation.
Conrad obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the
University of Alberta in 1971 and has been working in the resource
industry since that time. He is the President of Silver Thorn
Exploration Ltd., a private geological consulting company that
he formed in 1974. Mr. Kathol has been involved in the formation
and successful development of numerous energy related public
companies. He was involved in the formation and was the V.P.
Exploration for LASMO Canada (Elan Energy) and Strike Energy
from 1985 to 1996. In 1996 he founded Invader Exploration Inc.
and was the President until its sale to Innova Energy in 2004.
Mr. Kathol was involved in the formation of Keystone Energy
Corp. in 2004 and acted as V.P. Exploration until the sale of
the company in late 2006; and was V.P. Exploration for Villanova
Energy Corp. until its acquisition by Crescent Point Energy
Trust in January, 2009.
Mr. Kathol has been a Director of Niko Resources Ltd. since
1996. Niko is a highly successful TSX listed company, with oil
and gas exploration operations focused in India and other areas
in south-east Asia.
