Villanova Resources Inc. (“Villanova”) is a Saskatchewan based privately-held, exploration and development company. Villanova was incorporated on June 11, 2004 as Strand Resources Ltd.

On January 14, 2009, Villanova acquired certain resource assets from Villanova Energy Corp. (“VEC”) as part of a “carve-out” transaction prior to the January 2009 disposition of VEC to Crescent Point Energy Trust (the “VEC Sale”).

The Villanova shares were distributed to the shareholders of VEC prior to Closing the VEC Sale.

There are currently 128 shareholders, approx. 63% held by “insiders”.
