Craig Lothian, Executive Chairman
Mr. Lothian has twenty years experience in the oil
and natural gas industry. In addition to being the President
and CEO of Keystone, he is also the President & CEO of Lex
Capital Management Inc. and Lex Capital Corp., and the Executive
Chair of Villanova Oil Corp.
Previously Mr. Lothian was also President and CEO of Villanova
Energy Corp. until it was acquired by Crescent Point Energy
Trust in January, 2009 ($130.1 Million).
Mr. Lothian was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Flatland
Exploration Ltd. until it was acquired by Bulldog Energy Inc.
in 2002 ($4.75 Million); Chief Executive Officer of Keystone
Energy Inc. prior to it being acquired by StarPoint Energy Ltd.
in 2004 ($22.9 Million); CEO of Keystone Energy Corp. prior
to it being acquired by Bulldog Resources Inc. and TriStar Oil
& Gas Ltd. in January 2007 ($34.0 Million). Craig was also
the Chairman of Bulldog Energy Inc. prior to its acquisition
by Crescent Point Energy Trust in 2005 ($118 Million) and was
also the Chairman of the Board of Bulldog Resources Inc., before
it was acquired by TriStar Oil & Gas Ltd. ($200 Million)
in January 2008.
Mr. Lothian obtained his Bachelor of Arts (1986) and LL.B. (1988)
from the University of Saskatchewan and rose to partnership
of a Regina law firm prior to entering the energy business.
Mr. Lothian is also a founder and director of Lex Capital Corp.,
Lex Realty Holdings Corp., Crave Kitchen + Wine Bar Inc., and
is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. In addition,
he is a Past President of The Assiniboia Club, and currently
is the Past Board Member and Chair of the Corporate Governance
Committee, of The Hospitals of Regina Foundation. Most recently,
Craig was appointed to the Board of Directors of Enterprise
Saskatchewan.
John
Benson, Controller
John joined the Keystone Group in 2009, after
spending time with KPMG, Regina. His responsibilities include
working capital management, financial reporting, budgeting and
asset acquisition due diligence and valuation.
John grew up in Regina and received his Bachelor
of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria. While attending
university, John played rugby for the University of Victoria
Vikes. He is currently working towards his CBV designation.
