The Keystone Group of Companies is comprised of two distinct oil related businesses with a head office in Regina, Saskatchewan. Keystone Royalty Corp. is a land-holding company and royalty collector. The principals of Keystone have also created a series of traditional energy companies designed to pursue rapid growth through exploration and development in the Province of Saskatchewan. The most recent of these exploration and development start-ups was Villanova Resources Inc. Villanova Resources Inc. was started in January 2009 and sold to Legacy Oil + Gas Inc. in May, 2010.
